1. Who we are and scope
Let’s Go Productions, LLC (“LGP,” “we,” “our”) operates inquiry channels for its media production and related services and for The Jose Candelario Show & More. This notice describes our handling of information submitted through the LGP Production Inquiry and Show & More Editorial and General Inquiry forms, Jose Antonio Candelario Consulting inquiries, and related follow-up communications.
For Show & More, inquiries may concern guest appearances, story suggestions, collaborations, general questions, advertising, or sponsorship. We use submissions to assess and respond to the request. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize recording, publication, promotional use, booking, a commercial agreement, or payment. Separate approvals and terms apply when relevant.
Jose Antonio Candelario Consulting — Privacy Coverage
This privacy policy also applies to inquiries submitted through Jose Antonio Candelario Consulting, a consulting service operated by Let’s Go Productions, LLC.
When you contact us about leadership development, organizational development, coaching, business diagnostics, consulting programs, speaking engagements, or related services, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number if provided, organization, selected service, and information you voluntarily include in your inquiry.
We use this information to review your request, assess service suitability, communicate with you, prepare proposed scopes of work, coordinate scheduling, and administer consulting engagements when separately agreed upon.
Inquiry information may be processed through HighLevel and our authorized communications and service providers. Online forms may also process technical, security, and attribution information as described elsewhere in this policy.
Submitting an inquiry does not establish a coaching or consulting relationship, confirm availability, constitute acceptance of an agreement, authorize payment, or subscribe you to promotional communications.
Consulting agreements, scheduling, invoices, and payments are subject to separate applicable terms and approvals.
The privacy-request, retention, and security provisions of this policy also apply to covered JAC Consulting inquiry information.
This notice does not automatically apply to The Vibe, Travel Tales, or other distinct services. An inquiry does not authorize marketing by another brand.
2. Information submitted
The LGP Production Inquiry form requests your first and last name, email address, website, an optional telephone number, and a required offer selection. The Show & More form requests your first and last name, email address, inquiry type, and inquiry details. You may include other information in the details field or later correspondence. Please do not submit payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, sensitive health information, or confidential information about another person through these forms.
The JAC Consulting form requests your first name, email address, selected service, a description of what you want to clarify and your desired outcome, and your business or organization. It also includes fields for last name, telephone number if provided, desired start timing, and website or primary social link if provided. You may include other information in your inquiry or later correspondence.
3. Uses
We use submitted information to receive, review, route, and respond to inquiries; evaluate possible production, editorial, or consulting opportunities; and arrange follow-up discussions. If you separately proceed, we may use relevant information to coordinate appropriate agreements, releases, scheduling, and services. No inquiry alone establishes a booking, agreement, payment obligation, or permission to publish.
4. Communications
For LGP Production Inquiry and Show & More submissions, the approved follow-up method is email. We will not initiate outbound SMS solely because someone submits either form. Outbound SMS from these paths will remain off until a separate texting process is approved and any required permissions are documented. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to SMS marketing. The LGP Production Inquiry form’s telephone field is optional; the Show & More form does not request a telephone number.
5. Website analytics and cookies
The live WordPress homepage uses Google Analytics 4 through MonsterInsights and Google. Analytics is optional and activates only after a visitor affirmatively allows it in the consent banner. On the live homepage, rejecting consent kept analytics blocked, including after reload.
When analytics is allowed on the homepage, Google Analytics uses cookies to collect and process information about website use. For more information about Google’s processing, see “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.”
6. Service Providers, Form Technology, and Information Sharing
Let’s Go Productions, LLC uses third-party service providers to operate its website, receive inquiries, manage communications, and support related business activities.
These providers include Bluehost for website hosting, HighLevel for online forms and inquiry management, and Google Analytics through MonsterInsights for website analytics where enabled.
HighLevel form tracking
When you open an inquiry form, HighLevel may automatically collect information about your visit, including page views, referral sources, campaign parameters, and session information, before you submit the form. HighLevel uses this information for attribution, analytics, and inquiry-management functions. These features are integrated with its hosted forms and cannot currently be disabled independently through the available form settings.
Inquiry information may also be processed by email-delivery and mailbox providers when internal notifications or responses are sent.
Information sharing
We may share information with service providers as reasonably necessary to deliver these functions, comply with applicable legal obligations, or protect rights, safety, and security.
Submitting an inquiry does not authorize marketing by another brand, recording or publishing an appearance, booking a service, or initiating a payment. Separate approvals and terms apply where relevant.
Where applicable law requires consent for nonessential cookies or similar technologies, we will apply the required consent controls.
7. Retention and security
Our approved retention standard for an inquiry that does not become an engagement is 12 months after the last substantive interaction, followed by a deletion review at the next monthly review. We may retain information longer only for a documented ongoing purpose, active engagement, dispute, legal hold, or applicable recordkeeping obligation. Valid privacy requests are handled separately. This standard governs our review process; provider backup and deletion periods have not been confirmed. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Privacy requests
For questions or requests concerning inquiry information, contact info@joseantoniocandelario.com. Jose Antonio Candelario is the accountable human reviewer. Our approved process is to check this mailbox each business day and aim to acknowledge within three business days. We record the request’s receipt and scope, any proportionate identity verification, applicable legal deadline, decision, provider actions, and response in our existing task and handoff records. Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your information, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a denial. Available rights and response deadlines depend on the law that applies.
9. Children and third-party sites
These inquiry forms are intended for people aged 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian who wishes to ask about a potential guest under 18 should contact us using the adult’s own contact information. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through these general inquiry forms. Any participation by a minor requires a separate review and applicable permissions before booking or recording.
External sites and services may have their own privacy practices.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise this policy when our practices change. The published version will identify its effective or updated date.
